Body weight training is lit at the moment but in truth it’s nothing new, just ask @platform2 perform…. His knowledge of it is top end. If you’re currently prescribing it because that’s the only option then there’s some smart methods that are available to bring about development, and after all that’s what we all should be thinking about.
