Our Child to Champion sessions are 90 mins in length for a few reasons. The priority for us has always been more than just a training adaptation. Creating a learning environment is just as important and scheduled through our year are blocks of topics that we deem important for all our 11-18 yr olds. Sending out the right message with nutrition is key with this age group as it can build fantastic habits from an early age. With most on competition schedules, getting the guys understanding and implementing pre, during and post strategies is key.
